DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE & HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Yes – we ship worldwide. We offer customers free USA and International Shipping with tracking. There is NO shipping cost & NO sales tax. We do offer secured Worldwide Standard International shipping for all orders. Hurray!

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

All orders will be dispatched and shipped from our warehouse within 1-5 business days. In peak periods, please allow for up to 5 business days for dispatch.
Shipping time varies by location. It can take up from 5 to 30 business days depending on your location. The majority of the countries will have the best product delivered within 2 to 4 weeks. But please note that your order can be received way earlier than that estimated time.
Multiple items in the same order may arrive in separate packages in order to provide you with free Worldwide shipping.
Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order.
Please allow for shipping delays to regions currently impacted by Government Lockdowns. Shipping can be up to 30 days.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking number and information, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment. CAN I RECEIVE MY PRODUCT AT THE END BECAUSE OF COVID-19?

Yes, we guarantee you can receive your product OR we will refund the money back to you.

While we do everything in our power to deliver successfully and within schedule, please bear in mind that, there’s always a risk of your orders not arriving at your doorsteps in time because of COVID-19. However, we guarantee the delivery and promise that you will receive your products by all means.

All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays.

Factors such as delayed logistic and customs clearings may have a slight impact on the delivery time.

You can Click Here for your tracking info. This will be the quickest way to check your tracking. And you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

I CAN ONLY SHIP TO MY BILLING ADDRESS. WHY IS THAT?

In short, we’re doing our best to nip fraudulent activity in the bud. By only allowing our customers to ship to their billing address, it ensures that a stranger cannot make a purchase using stolen credit card information and send it to their address.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING OPTIONS?

We provide forever free shipping. Although we can’t allow you to choose your own shipping provider, we can promise you that we will get it to you safely.

CAN I COMBINE SHIPPING ON MULTIPLE OF THE SAME ITEM?

Because our deals do not always ship out at the same time, we cannot allow combined shipping. But hey, at least it’s free! For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”

For some shipping companies, it takes 1-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?

All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back, or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, if possible. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.

WILL I BE CHARGED FOR CUSTOMS AND TAXES?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
