DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE & HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Yes – we ship worldwide. We offer customers free USA and International Shipping with tracking. There is NO shipping cost & NO sales tax. We do offer secured Worldwide Standard International shipping for all orders. Hurray!
Unfortunately, at this time we cannot ship every item internationally or to PO, FPO, APO, AE boxes or addresses in Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico, but we hope we will be able to amend this sometime in the future.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
All orders will be dispatched and shipped from our warehouse within 1-5 business days. In peak periods, please allow for up to 5 business days for dispatch.
Shipping time varies by locations. It can take up from 5 to 30 business days depending on your locations. The majority of the countries will have the best product delivered within 2 to 4 weeks. But please note that your order can be received way earlier than that estimated time.
Multiple items in the same order may arrive in separate packages in order to provide you with free Worldwide shipping.

I CAN ONLY SHIP TO MY BILLING ADDRESS. WHY IS THAT?
In short, we’re doing our best to nip fraudulent activity in the bud. By only allowing our customers to ship to their billing address, it ensures that a stranger cannot make a purchase using stolen credit card information and send it to their address.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING OPTIONS?
We provide forever free shipping. Although we can’t allow you to choose your own shipping provider, we can promise you that we will get it to you safely.
CAN I COMBINE SHIPPING ON MULTIPLE OF THE SAME ITEM?

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?
All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back, or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, if possible.
