The frames mentioned here need easy Assemble, No tools or skills are required, everybody could easily do it, even a weak girl. The content in the pictures is for show only. The only products are the paintings & frames. No backboard or matt or pix glass has been included.
Q: What should I do if I haven’t received my package?
A: Please be patient if you haven’t received your package. Your package may deliver to your hand in the next few days. Meanwhile, please contact the shipping company by your side or contact us for help, we will do our best to help you. If your package was lost, we will resend you a new one.

Q: Do you have overnight shipping ways if I need my purchase urgently?
A: Generally we’ll ship the oil paintings within 2-7 Days after your payment is cleared, You can tell us if you need it urgently in advance, then we’ll try to select an overnight shipping way for you. But we are not sure the purchase will arrive on time completely because international shipping is really hard to control.

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE & HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Yes – we ship worldwide. We offer customers free USA and International Shipping with tracking. There is NO shipping cost & NO sales tax. We do offer secured Worldwide Standard International shipping for all orders. Hurray!
Unfortunately, at this time we cannot ship every item internationally or to PO, FPO, APO, AE boxes or addresses in Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico, but we hope we will be able to amend this sometime in the future.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
All orders will be dispatched and shipped from our warehouse within 1-5 business days. In peak periods, please allow for up to 5 business days for dispatch.
Shipping time varies by locations. It can take up from 5 to 30 business days depending on your locations. The majority of the countries will have the best product delivered within 2 to 4 weeks. But please note that your order can be received way earlier than that estimated time.
Multiple items in the same order may arrive in separate packages in order to provide you with free Worldwide shipping.

I CAN ONLY SHIP TO MY BILLING ADDRESS. WHY IS THAT?
In short, we’re doing our best to nip fraudulent activity in the bud. By only allowing our customers to ship to their billing address, it ensures that a stranger cannot make a purchase using stolen credit card information and send it to their address.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING OPTIONS?
We provide forever free shipping. Although we can’t allow you to choose your own shipping provider, we can promise you that we will get it to you safely.
CAN I COMBINE SHIPPING ON MULTIPLE OF THE SAME ITEM?
